To address the "eBay subscription expired" message when logging into your eLink account, please proceed to access your eBay account.

If you are not already within the Seller Hub, hover over the "My eBay" section located at the top right of the screen. Click on "Selling" to navigate to your eBay Seller Hub.

Select the "Store" tab located at the top, then click on "Manage Subscription."

Ensure that "Promotion Applied" is displayed and that your subscription is set to the Anchor Level Store.
