
The Incomplete Referral Reminder feature helps boost referral completion rates by sending automated reminders to customers who have started—but not completed—the referral process.

Navigate to the Features section in your dashboard. Then:

This reminder is used when a customer has referred someone who hasn’t completed the referral process. The feature automatically sends a nudge to prompt them to complete the referral.

Click Configure, then toggle the status On. Once enabled, you will see settings that allow you to:

You can send reminders through any of these channels:
For this demo, choose Email.
The system will automatically display the email template and subject line.
If you'd like to use a different message:

If the current template works for you, simply click Create. This will finalize the nudge setup and activate the reminder.

Once configuration is complete, reminders for any incomplete referrals will be sent automatically.
No manual action required.
