This document outlines recent user experience enhancements for managing job-related information. These updates consolidate candidate, interview, and round details into a cohesive view, simplifying the recruitment process. The steps below guide you through these features.
We have implemented several UX changes to the previously termed playbooks. Now, all job-related elements such as candidates, interview rounds, and other details are accessible in a unified view. When you click on a job, it no longer opens as a modal.

It now opens as a full-page view. This view includes the job description, title, minimum experience required, skills, and any associated documents, all consolidated in one location.

Within the same view, you can access candidate details directly and facilitate the uploading and scheduling of interviews.

The job's shortlisting criteria are automatically visible, alongside the list of uploaded candidates.

Please observe the following enhancements.

For every round, you gain access to details of all candidates involved in each specific round.

This comprehensive information is readily available within the same view.

Additionally, you have the capability to create a new round. You can assign a specific name to this round, which will then be added to the current job.
