Create Extension App - Applications

This document outlines the steps necessary to create and manage a custom AI application using a dashboard interface. The process involves naming and categorizing your app, setting privacy and sharing options, defining its intelligence with language models and extensions, and ultimately launching and managing the app. Through these steps, users can create a dynamic and personalized AI application to suit their specific needs.

Step 1

Start by exploring all your applications from the sidebar menu.

Browse your application dashboard for an organized overview.

Step 3

Click Create New App to start building your custom AI experience.

Step 4

Click on Create Application to begin adding a name, description, and classification for your new application.

Step 5

Name your application to make it stand out.

Step 6

Describe your app to showcase its unique purpose and benefits.

Step 7

Assign your app to any category for efficient organization.

Step 8

Set your app to Private to keep it exclusive to select users.

Step 9

Make your app Shared so your team can benefit from collaborative innovation. You can define user groups from User Management module.

Step 10

Craft your app's intelligence by entering custom instructions or prompts.

Add an extension to boost your app’s search and capability reach.

Step 12

Select any extension tailored to your needs.

Step 13

Select the Language Model to power your app’s intelligence.

Ensure that the selected model supports tool calling.

To add more models or extensions, go to the navigation panel and expand it.

Add any extension you want from Extension Management Module on the Platform. We support a wide variety of Extensions.

To add any Language Model, navigate to Global Settings -> LLM Management or contact your Admin to add any model of your choice.

As soon as you select an Extension, you will have a generic prompt which can be tailored for your needs straight from this input box.

Click on Add-ons to unlock even more advanced features.

Toggle Source Citation to ensure every response is backed by trusted sources.

Activate the Conversation Starter to engage users right away.

Click on Preview Application to View & Test before Creating it.

Test your new application directly by sending a message in the Application Test Area.

Click Create Application to launch your AI app and start making an impact!

After creating, we are redirected to Applications page where the application is up within a few seconds.

Open the menu of the Application Card for more ways to manage or customize your extension app.

From the Menu of Application Card, Click on View to review its details and verify extension configurations.

Close the details view and return to the main applications dashboard.

Access More Options for quick controls like editing or deleting the app.

Choose Edit to update your extension application’s settings or info at any given time, based on your evolving needs.

Click Save Application to confirm and store your modifications.

Open additional settings to further manage your extension application.

Select Delete if you want to permanently remove this application extension.

Close the confirmation if you decide to keep your application safe.

Click the card to enter the Application and start using it.

Begin chatting with the application extension by typing your question below.

Collapse the sidebar for a more immersive chat experience and View all your Chat History.

Click the source link to instantly verify details from Wikipedia or your selected Extension and ensure trustworthy answers.
