This document outlines a streamlined process for managing files within an ERP system. It focuses on improving user experience by simplifying traditionally complex and manual processes, using tools like the App Studio Extension Kit.
Begin by identifying the specific business challenge related to file management. This could involve handling customer files, project files, or, in this instance, accounts payable (AP) transaction files.

Reflect on previous methods, which may have involved cumbersome templates, manual procedures, and extensive IT assistance. Here, you'll discover a more efficient, user-friendly approach facilitated by our solutions, such as the App Studio Extension Kit in ERP.

Within your ERP system, access the integrated app. Select the required files from your computer. For this example, a DHL AP transaction file is selected.

Proceed to upload the selected file. You can view all files within this section, along with their names, types, and sizes.

You can opt to delete any mistakenly uploaded file. For instance, if an additional file is required, such as the Microsoft AP transaction file, select and upload it. Next, prepare to import the transactions.

Initiate the import process. The App Studio connects to the Extension Kit, which lists all available files and converts them from CSV format to JSON format. This transformation is seamlessly handled by our advanced virtual assistant.
