This document outlines the process of using the Job Agent Memory feature on Hello.civ. This feature allows users to customize their job search by storing personal preferences and tailoring job recommendations over time.

Step 1

To begin using the Job Agent Memory on Hello.civ, first upload your CV. Make any necessary edits to your document and then proceed to the AI Job Finder.

Step 2

After uploading the CV, the system will automatically search for the best job matches. To tailor these matches to your preferences, use the Job Preference option. Begin by clicking on the Job Preference button.

Step 3

Start by adjusting the Roles and Skills. The system extracts titles from your CV, which you can modify to suit your preferences. Add or remove roles as necessary.

Step 4

Once satisfied with your roles and skills, move on to specifying preferred locations. For example, if you are open to roles in the United States, you might choose Austin as your preferred city. Other options like Dallas can also be added.

You can include additional cities such as San Francisco and Houston. The system is designed to be flexible to accommodate various options.

After selecting locations, proceed to specify job details. Indicate your preference for remote roles, or if you are open to hybrid roles.

Next, decide on employment type. Specify whether you are open to full-time, part-time, and contract positions. You can also decide to keep your salary range flexible.

Indicate your preferred industry. The system captures this information from your CV. Add any required languages such as French or Spanish, and then proceed to the memory settings.

In the memory settings, choose what preferences you want the system to remember. Be detailed or concise based on your needs. Input the desired memory settings.

Define any exclusions by specifying keywords you want to avoid. Once set, apply these settings and refresh your page to see updates.

Upon refreshing, updated job options that align with your preferences will appear. These options are stored in the system, allowing you to easily select your preferred positions.

For further personalization, type in any additional preferences, such as academic background or specialization, and request these to be saved in memory.
