This document provides a comprehensive overview of the submission portal, outlining the steps involved in accessing and managing projects, viewing and updating profile information, and utilizing various functionalities for successful project submission.
Upon logging in with your SingPass account, you will be directed to the main page. This page serves as the starting point for creating and preparing submissions, ensuring that you are equipped to successfully complete your submission process.

On this page, you will see a list of projects you are associated with, either as a lead or participant. This section, titled "My Projects," encompasses projects from various periods, allowing you to manage them effectively.

To view your account details, select the "My Profile" function. This feature aggregates and displays information from My Info, including your name, firm name, and NRIC.

The profile information is for your viewing only and will be automatically integrated into your submissions if you are part of a project. Additional features include "Manage Assistant," which lets you add assistants to aid in preparing submissions.

Certain tasks, such as declarations, must be performed by the qualified person themselves. Assistants can help with preparation and creation of submissions, accessible once your account is set up on CorNetX.

Returning to the "My Projects" page, each project will have a unique reference number and an associated submission process. As shown, projects may follow the gateway submission process, defined under three gateways.

The submission process includes several features, such as a workspace for submissions, the option to add and appoint project members, payment facilitation, and new modules like site inspection booking. The "Submission Milestone Dashboard" allows tracking of key submissions.

The dashboard monitors submissions like DG, PG, and Construction Gateway, showing their status and any outstanding Work Done items. The "Project Overview" section logs all shared project information entered by the project coordinator.

This information is shared across all submissions, and further demonstrations will be provided later.
