This document provides a step-by-step process to configure and customize your platform settings. By following these instructions, you will be able to personalize the platform's appearance, integrate help and support features, and set up secure access and authentication options.
Click the AI Studio or ACE card to enter the platform.
Open the main navigation by clicking the menu icon in the top left corner.
Select Global Settings from the sidebar to access system-wide options.
Click Platform Settings to view and update platform-wide configurations.

Expand Appearance Settings to access platform branding and customization options.
Click Customize Appearance to start editing your platform's look and feel.

Save your updated browser window title to personalize the chatbot's appearance.
Click Save to confirm and apply your new logo image.
Save the uploaded grayscale logo for consistent platform branding.
Apply your selected header background color by clicking Save.
Save your chosen base theme color to finalize your branding scheme. 
Click Save to confirm your footer background color selection.
Save your changes to update the Terms & Conditions URL in the chatbot configuration. 
After setting the chatbot appearance, select Save in the configuration dialog to apply your changes.
Click the Add button to expand the Help Center Settings section.
Activate the Help Center option to make instant support and resources available directly within your platform experience.
Configure Help Center Title and Description.
Mark the Raise a ticket option to highlight this support feature in the Help Center.
Configure Help Center Resources with Links
After Configuring Help Center, Click save to save Platform Settings and return to the main AI Platform page.
Click the Add button to expand the SSO Provider Configuration Settings section. 
Activate Enable SSO Integration to streamline user authentication and simplify access across your entire platform.
Choose your preferred SSO Provider from the available options to continue. 
After Configuring SSO Provider details, Click save to save Platform Settings and return to the main AI Platform page.
Click the Add button to expand the SMTP Configuration Settings section. 
Enter all required SMTP details to finish mail setup. 
Click Authentication to configure secure access settings for your platform. 
Enter your username and password to continue with Authentication. 
Click Test Connection to verify your mail mapping setup. 
After configuring SMTP details, click Save to save Platform Settings and return to the main AI Platform page, or click Cancel to revert the changes.
