
This document provides a comprehensive overview of efficiently managing staff and client information, including actions such as adding new entries, editing profiles, and scheduling appointments. It is designed to help streamline administrative tasks through the AOS dashboard, offering insights into detailed reports and direct access to essential tools.
This is the AOS dashboard. Here, you can add staff members and clients. The dashboard also displays the total number of staff and clients.

Access detailed reports and manage tasks through quick actions for staff and client scheduling. On the main menu to your left, you will find the staff directory, where you can search for staff names, add staff, and view profiles.

Within the staff profiles, you can view the staff member’s name, title, and email address, as well as edit their certification and training records.

The client directory allows you to view profiles of different clients, including their service type and days of activity. By selecting the view profile option, you can review each client's six-month review details, such as review type, status, and completion date.

To return to the client directory, use the available options to navigate back and view the client list. The scheduling feature is used to manage appointments effectively.

The system indicates whether appointments are overdue, completed, or scheduled. Here, you can also upload documents, certifications, and training records, assigning them to the relevant staff or client. Reports can be uploaded for either staff or clients as necessary.
