This process guides you through duplicating an email campaign from a parent account to a child account. By following these steps, you'll efficiently copy and transfer campaigns ensuring they are ready for further editing and dispatch.
Begin by navigating to the left side of your screen, where you'll find and click on "Campaigns."

Within your parent account, select the campaign you wish to duplicate. Choose the "Fix It With Email" sample email. Click the three dots and decide whether you want to copy it to all accounts or to specific targeted accounts.

Select "Copy To Targeted Accounts."

Assign a name to the campaign. This name will be visible within the child accounts.

Decide on a name, such as "Test Email Copy 1." Choose the specific account you want to copy to and proceed with copying the email to the selected account.

Allow some time for the copying process to complete. You can monitor this in the activity log.

Access the activity log by clicking here or by navigating to "Accounts" and then "Activity Log" on the left side of your screen.

Verify that the campaign was successfully copied without errors.

If any errors occurred during the process, they will be displayed here for your review.

To confirm the email has been duplicated, access the child account.

Log in to the child account.

Within the child account, navigate to "Channels," then "Email," where you'll find the copied email ready for editing and dispatch.
