This document provides a detailed overview of how to efficiently utilize the reporting system. It explains the process of navigating various reports, accessing data, and understanding the metrics used in each report. Additionally, users will learn how to download and share reports for further use or presentation.
Begin by accessing the reporting system. Currently, there are seven reports available, with an additional report under development. Each report serves a distinct purpose, offering different aggregations and formulas for metrics and visualizations.

Users have the flexibility to download data as well as visualize metrics within the system. This allows for comprehensive data analysis and examination.

Locate the report titled "Individual Drive Performance," which provides metrics for each drive. This report offers detailed insights into the performance of individual drives.

Select a drive with available data to review the detailed information presented in the report.

The system presents data in both smart card format and visual chart representations, providing a holistic view of the drive's data.

Users can visually analyze data trends and specific metrics pertaining to individual drives.

Reports with similar metrics are available for company-wide analysis, allowing users to compare performance across different companies.

To assess a specific company's performance, including hiring trends and placement statistics for a particular batch or campus, users can utilize the company-specific report.

Data from these reports can be downloaded for presentations or shared with others, ensuring easy dissemination of information.

Users may download data and charts for inclusion in presentations or slide decks, enhancing the visual impact of their presentations.

There is also a report focused on student metrics, providing insights based on individual students.

Previously, we explored company and drive-specific reports. Now, we focus on student-specific insights.

The student report provides detailed information about student placements and achievements.

This report outlines the number of students with high CTCs, placement categories, offer types, and CTC distributions among students.

Each report presents unique metrics and calculations pertinent to its specific focus.

Options to view the formulas used in calculations are available to prevent any confusion regarding data interpretation, particularly useful for placement coordinators or officers.

These tools can be used to verify and cross-reference the data effectively.
