Unified Production Platform Process

This document provides a comprehensive overview of logging into the Unified Production Platform (UPP) app and creating a project. Users can opt for either email/password login or biometric authentication. The following steps guide you through the process of setting up a new project and navigating the system's features to manage your production efficiently.

Step 1

Welcome to the Unified Production Platform demo. Today, we will explore how to log into the UPP app and create a simple project. You can log in using your email address and password or utilize biometric authentication to bypass the username/password requirement.

Step 2

Upon logging in, you will access a comprehensive dashboard tailored to your assigned permissions. As an admin, you have access to quick actions on the dashboard. For demo purposes, we will create a new project. Clicking on 'New Project' allows you to create a project under your current production.

Step 3

Enter the project name, select the current status, assign any relevant campaigns, and provide a description for the project.

Step 4

Specify the project's start date. If you have an end date, enter it as well.

Step 5

If there is no end date, you may skip that field. Finally, click 'Create a Project.'

Step 6

Once the project is created, it serves as the foundation for all subsequent actions in the UPP. For demo purposes, explore sample projects already in the system.

Step 7

This section displays all projects within the system and shows their progress.

Step 8

Clicking on a project provides detailed information about it. You can view tasks completed, individual tasks, associated workflows, casting calls, budgets, and locations for the project. Each module has its own workflows for further exploration.

Step 9

You can view a dashboard of the project, offering a detailed drill-down of all assignments related to the project.

Step 10

The system automatically compiles all information related to the project, from an overview to financial summaries, creative reviews, casting roles, associated talent, onboarding documents, timesheets, payroll, billing invoices, production accounting, and AI insights.

Step 11

The project timeline provides a detailed view from project inception to its current stage and through to completion.

Step 12

You can delve into each module to view detailed information specific to each aspect of the project. Clicking on a module filters and displays pertinent information for that project.
