
This document outlines the process of creating segments for your contacts. Segmentation helps in organizing and managing contacts effectively, allowing for targeted communication and streamlined contact management. Follow these steps to create, assign, and manage segments in your contact management system.
Begin by logging into your dashboard. Navigate to IDX website and access the VCRM.

Once inside the CRM, proceed to click on the "Contacts" section.

You will see a list of all the contacts available in your dashboard. Note that segments may already exist. To create a new segment, click on "Add Segment."

Enter "Spanish Speaking" as the name for your new segment, and finalize the creation of the segment.

All contacts tagged with "English" will now appear under the corresponding segment.

Observe that each segment contains the contacts assigned to it.

To create tags for your contacts, select a contact and proceed to edit it.

For example, add the "Spanish" tag to the contact, then save the changes.

When reviewing your Spanish-speaking clients, you will see that the contact has been successfully added to the "Spanish Speaking" segment.

This completes the process of creating and managing contact segments.
