This document outlines the process of configuring advanced workflows using time-based attributes. By following these steps, users can effectively set time conditions for actions and rewards, ensuring that specific actions trigger after a predetermined time. To start, make sure you are logged in and on the dashboard screen.
Ensure you are logged into the system and have navigated to the dashboard screen to begin setting up the advanced workflow with time-based attributes.

Access the dashboard screen and proceed to the settings tab, which houses all the miscellaneous settings.

Select the "Manage" page from the settings to access additional miscellaneous settings. Here, verify the presence of time-sensitive attributes.

Locate the option to enable time-sensitive workflow attributes. This setting is applicable only for total spent and order count. Activate this option, click "Save," and proceed to the workflow section.

Within the Workflow tab, identify the "Order Paid" trigger. You may create a new trigger from scratch, if needed.

Opt for a custom workflow and select "Order Paid" as the trigger. Specify conditions based on total spent or order count, as these are the only metrics applicable to the time-sensitive attribute.

Explore the available conditions, focusing particularly on the total spent.

Choose the total spent option to reveal a checkbox for setting a time option. Ensure you select this option.

Two options for time selection are available: relative and absolute. Select relative to specify duration and time according to your requirements.

Select a time unit—hours, days, weeks, months, or years—and define the duration. For instance, you might choose one hour, then select an appropriate operator.

Choose an operator, such as "greater than or equal to 12." Assign an action, for example, store credit.

Set store credit as a fixed action. Click "Save" to store the settings and complete the workflow configuration.

Similarly, add a condition for order counts. The time-sensitive attribute applies to order counts as well.

Enable the checkbox for order counts and choose the absolute time selection. For example, opt for predefined options such as "custom," "last week," or "quarter to date."

Using the custom option, specify required start and end dates. As an example, select this month with a value of 23, then click "Save Workflow."

Rename the workflow to "Time-Based Workflow" to reflect its focus on time-based attributes.

Review the conditions: If a customer's total spent is greater than or equal to 12 within one hour and order count for this month is greater than or equal to 23, then the specified action will be executed.

Once the conditions are satisfied, the user will receive a fixed store credit of 23. This configuration allows for time-based attributes in 99minds, applied to total spent and order counts triggers. Thank you.
