
This document outlines the process of changing an issue type within the Trupeer Jira platform. Follow these detailed steps to ensure a seamless transition when managing your tasks and projects.
To begin, open Trupeer Jira and navigate to the left side menu. Click on the "Board" option.


Select the specific Jira ticket you wish to modify. Locate the three dots or the "more options" icon, and click on it.


From the options available, select "Move." Wait for the content to load, after which you will see the operational details.

Select the relevant project you are working on. Choose "Task," then click on the "Next" option. Allow a moment for it to process.

You will be directed to the management window. Choose the management type you prefer, and then click "Next."

A checkbox option will appear. Click the checkbox to confirm the message is sent, then proceed by clicking "Next" again. This will take you to the confirmation screen.

On the confirmation screen, verify the changes and click the "Confirmation" button. This completes the process of changing the issue type in Trupeer Jira.
