
The Bulk Reward Coin Allocation feature lets you distribute reward coins to customers directly from the Nectar Dashboard—without needing a CSV upload.
This tool is perfect for:
Follow the steps below to allocate coins efficiently, apply smart filters, and even perform bulk debits or resets.
Open the Nectar Dashboard, select Customer Data, and proceed to Import and Bulk Update to access bulk reward options.

Inside the module, locate the feature designed for allocating bulk reward points to customers.

Click Bulk Update. Before proceeding, you must specify the reason for crediting coins.

Example: If you're launching a Diwali campaign, you may reward customers as part of the celebration.

Enter:

If the campaign runs for 7 days, set coin expiry accordingly.
💡 Tip: Expiry-based rewards help drive faster customer action.

Choose to allocate coins based on LTV (Lifetime Value).
This lets rewards scale proportionally with how much customers have spent.
For example, if a customer has spent 5,000 rupees with the brand, they will be rewarded with 5,000 coins. Uncheck this option if you wish to explore further filtering options, which are optional.
Tick the checkbox to activate LTV-based coin distribution.

Set a filter for customers with a specific coin balance.
The filter will apply to customers with a point balance between 300 and 500.

You can also set an LTV range to determine eligibility for bulk rewards.

Specify the number of coins to award based on:

Select a creation date. Customers created after this date will receive coins.
You can also reward customers based on their tier.

Once all filters and reward settings are configured, click Bulk Update to apply changes.

After processing, a confirmation email will be sent to the admin email verifying the bulk reward action.

You can also bulk debit coins from customer wallets using this same feature and filters.
Ideal for:

To reset each customer to a specific amount (e.g., 100 or 200 coins), enter the reason for the reset.

Apply desired filters to select the correct customers, then click Bulk Update to complete the reset.
