This document outlines the streamlined process for submitting claims with embedded and PRGX-only files, ensuring a clear understanding of the steps involved. By following these instructions, you will ensure that claims are accurately filed with all necessary attachments.

Ensure that your claim file, identified as SB06, includes two files: one named "Embed" and the other "PRGX only". Previously, a miscellaneous support file was used, which is now obsolete.

The "Embed" folder will replace miscellaneous support, with its contents attached to your claims. "PRGX only" files will remain solely with the organization, similar to previous protocols.

Files in the "PRGX only" category, such as the purchase history, will not be shared with clients or vendors. This file includes four attachments, but providing the purchase history is no longer required.

The purchase history will be added to the claim afterward. This process will be demonstrated during training. The "PRGX only" folder still contains the purchase history, which will be included in the claim body. Subsequently, access the manual claim format in Access.

Enter all relevant details in the claim as usual, noting that there are no significant changes to the entry process. Conclude by closing the form as previously practiced.
