Welcome to decídalo. This guide offers a concise overview of the profile page. Each time an account is created or a CV is uploaded using the CV parser, a new profile is generated.

The profile displays basic information at the top, detailing the employee's or candidate's first and last name, position, and work location within your company.

At the top, core competencies of the employee are showcased. Below this section, you'll find core data assigned to the individual, including their email, country, and possibly their birth year.

Next, there is a summary of the employee's capabilities. By scrolling down, you will discover information about roles, language skills, industries, and the years of experience the individual has within a specific industry.

You will come across assigned certificates and at the bottom, the project history for this employee. Each project entry contains a project name, description, and the position held by the candidate.

For each project, you will see the start and end dates, detailing the skills utilized. Furthermore, below the project history, you can assign top skills, and view ongoing or completed trainings of the candidate.
