
This document provides a step-by-step process for inviting candidates for interviews using the BabbleBots AI recruiter. The process outlines how to navigate the platform to invite candidates via various methods such as uploading resumes, syncing with an ATS, or using an Excel file. These steps ensure a seamless candidate invitation experience.
Begin by accessing the existing roles you have created within the BabbleBots AI platform. For each role, you have the option to conduct a phone or video interview.

Navigate to the desired role for which you wish to invite a candidate. Locate and click on the 'Invite Candidate' tab within the role. This will present you with three options for inviting candidates.

The first option allows you to upload candidate resumes and send invitations directly from there. The second option lets you upload candidate email addresses and phone numbers to send direct invitations via WhatsApp and email. The third option is to sync your ATS with the platform, supporting over 30 ATS systems globally.

By syncing with your ATS, you can retrieve contact information for candidates who have applied to your roles. To demonstrate, upload some CVs, and the AI will automatically extract their contact information from the uploaded resumes. You can then proceed to send them invitations.

Another method is inviting candidates through an Excel file. You can download a pre-existing Excel template for this purpose.

The downloaded template will open as an Excel file, appearing as follows:

Simply populate the template with candidate email addresses and phone numbers, then upload the sheet to send out invitations.
