To begin, access the invoice screen to finalize an inspection. This screen allows you to send the estimate to the customer and obtain their signature. Here is a quick overview of the inspection flow:

Perform a few test inspections to ensure everything is functioning correctly.

If the right wiper is not in optimal condition, indicate it here.

In the case of a worn edge, add a comment such as "Outer edge." Set up these details so they are visible in the inspection report for further reference.

Update the windshield condition if necessary. For example, change it to "Cracked on passenger side."

Fill out the remaining sections of the inspection to complete the process.

Verify the condition of the brake fluid, ensuring it is satisfactory.

Confirm that all other components are in good condition.

To update the status, simply tap or click the status field again to set it to the desired state.

Review the inspection to ensure that everything is satisfactory.

If desired, upload a walk-around video for further inspection details.

Once the inspection is completed, switch to customer view to present the findings to the customer.

Review the walk-around video and check all items that have been marked. Expand any recommended actions and discuss these with the customer.
