Efficient Data Analysis with Revvity Signals

This document provides a comprehensive overview of how to efficiently search, find, and analyze data using Revvity Signals Software. The process involves logging into the platform, searching for specific data, summarizing information, analyzing dashboards, and reviewing reports. These steps ensure streamlined data management and insightful analysis for your projects.

Step 1

Begin by logging into the Revvity Signals platform. Upon login, you will see your project name displayed. You can swiftly locate specific information such as bioreactor names, assay results, and attributes that you are interested in reviewing.

Step 2

Click on "Show Me the Summary" to view a summary of the data. This action retrieves all the indexed data from Data Factory, allowing you to see the total number of runs and results available.

Step 3

Access the dashboard to view results. The dashboard template illustrates elapsed days versus viability in blue, compared to cell density. Notably, there is an issue with bioreactor number three.

Step 4

Examine bioreactor number three to identify a drop in viability around day five. Zoom in to observe the trends, noting how lactate and ammonium levels have been slowly increasing in this particular reactor.

Step 5

Additionally, analyze how glutamine and glucose are reacting. Beyond dashboards, generate a report that summarizes the specific information you need across all runs. This report can include metrics such as average calcium density, cell density, and lactate levels.

Step 6

Finally, review the comprehensive report containing all bioreactor data, as previously viewed.
