Event Management Process

This document provides a step-by-step procedure for managing events using the 2469 platform. You will learn how to view, register, and explore events and members efficiently.

Step 1

Navigate to the Home section to view all events scheduled by the 2469 admin. Here, you can find detailed information about each event, including its description, date, location, and chapter. To register, click on the "Register" button to submit your RSVP.

After clicking on "Submit" and "Register," please note that ticketing is currently handled through Luma. Once registered, the event will appear under "My Events." This section allows you to view events you have booked and filter them by title or chapter.

If you search for a term such as "Dubai," events related to Dubai will be displayed. The Explore section in the navigation bar is useful for browsing all 2469 members who are registered and active. You can view their profiles, including industry, company, and nationality.

Step 4

If members have provided their social links, you can visit their LinkedIn profiles to connect. The platform also allows filtering of members based on roles, country, and industry. You can apply multiple filters to refine your search.

For instance, if you search for founders from Saudi Arabia, the platform will display the relevant results. To clear these selections, you can simply reset the filters.
