Familiarize yourself with the Rise course on allergens by scrolling through the content. You will encounter "Continue" bars that guide your progression.

To proceed to the next topic, click on the "Continue" bars when they appear.

In the Preview mode, you can explore various edit modes. By selecting "Tablet Landscape," you can view the first section in this specific format.

Identify the "Continue" button and click it. When you see a rotating symbol on an image, click it to reveal content on the reverse side of the card. Additionally, click on blue bars to access extended information. There are two tabs that lead to discussions on polar and non-polar molecules.

At the lesson's end, you'll find a knowledge check with a drag-and-drop activity. For instance, determine if milk is non-polar or polar. If you choose salt as non-polar, that is incorrect.

Review the items: oil is non-polar (correct), stainless steel is polar, and sugar is polar. Butter is non-polar.

Water is polar. Assess the characteristics of plastic. Once finished with the preview, use the "Edit" button to review the entire course content.
