Begin by uploading a sample HR policy document to Emma's HR Policy Q&A Generation Assistant, a tool that aids HR teams in automating the generation, classification, and review of question-answer pairs.

Click the 'Upload Document' button and select the relevant file to proceed with the upload.

Wait for the document upload to complete. Once uploaded, proceed to trigger the workflow.

The assistant will analyze the uploaded document and begin generating relevant questions and answers using a language model fine-tuned for HR compliance and documentation standards. Please wait for this process to finish.

Once processing is complete, a list of question-answer pairs generated from the file will be displayed.

Each entry includes a confidence score that indicates the accuracy of each answer. Additionally, source citations such as document name, page number, and section reference are provided to ensure full traceability to the original policy document.

The assistant also provides recommendations for improving clarity or consistency in the document, such as updating outdated terms or rephrasing ambiguous policies. Recommendations may also appear in languages like Spanish or French, based on the document content.
