Begin by introducing the concept of Simulation AI, which is part of the Consensus AI trio. It is a valuable tool for customers facing challenges with shared sandbox environments, where multiple sales representatives might interfere with each other's data.

Discuss the benefits of Simulation AI for scenarios where customization of a demo tenant for significant meetings is necessary without impacting other ongoing demos. It allows each sales representative to have their own demo tenant without interference, even if multiple demos are scheduled.

Explain the scenario of having only one demo and the difficulty in handling that. Simulation AI provides a solution to manage and customize such demo situations effectively.

Describe how customers might require pre-sales assistance to customize or anonymize a demo tenant, which can be time-consuming. Simulation AI streamlines this process efficiently.

Start by navigating to the Consensus web application. Access Rich Suite, enter the AI Editor, and duplicate the master template indicated by the star. Rename this duplicate as "Healthcare Training" and proceed.

It's advisable to move the duplicated file to your personal directory for easier management. Then, proceed to the AI Data Edit section.

When preparing for a demonstration to a hospital executive, ensure your demo tenant is relevant and tailored for the healthcare sector.

To make the demo more appropriate for a hospital setting, begin by uploading relevant images.

Replace existing images that are too Consensus-centric with ones that reflect a hospital-friendly theme.

Apply the changes to update the demo environment.

Review the Demo Board Demolytics to ensure it aligns with the healthcare theme, and note any internal data that still requires adjustment.

Alter the existing data by selecting categories on the left-hand side. This includes system labels, personal information, and business data, among others.

You can select all categories for AI modification, but ensure to deselect any essential product-specific data that should remain unchanged, such as Demo Board Demolytics and PublicLink Demolytics.

Proceed to instruct the AI: "I am pitching to a US hospital executive. Please make the data relevant to them." Then, generate the customized data.

While the AI processes the data, use a narrative to engage with stakeholders, highlighting the time efficiency of AI in managing data updates.

Engage stakeholders by asking about their current data update processes and compare them with the efficiency of the AI-driven approach.

Review the customized output, such as the Flow Builder Launch now being "CareFlow Patient Journey Demo" and "Demos" being transformed to "Clinical Demos."

Observe further modifications such as "Test Demo Boards" becoming "Clinical Boards" and "Go Consensus" now referred to as "Med Consensus."

Ensure all relevant content is now healthcare-focused, with categories like "Patient Video" and "Care Team" clearly identified. Then, apply these changes.

Once changes are applied, the interface will refresh to display the updated hospital platform.

Explore the updated platform, which now includes elements like "med boards" and "Consensus Health," to ensure the transformation aligns with expectations.

Verify sections like "Clinical Sales" and "Physicians Engaged," along with resources such as "Doc Downloads," to confirm they meet the targeted theme.

If further issues arise, such as non-anonymized internal employee data, take action to anonymize it.

Navigate to Personal Information and request the AI to anonymize names to common Spanish ones, enhancing the demo's appeal.

Generate the anonymized data and continue the narrative with stakeholders to discuss existing methods and highlight the improvements introduced by AI.

Emphasize the importance of engaging conversation during the AI processing period to maintain interest and provide clarity on AI capabilities.

Allow the AI sufficient time to process the data, noting that the operation is managed by ChatGPT.

Review the output to ensure Spanish names like "Guillermo," "Santiago," and "Jose" are correctly integrated.

Apply the name changes, and the system will refresh to showcase the updated information.

Review the final modifications to ensure the demo environment now includes personalized healthcare images and Spanish names, enhancing the demo's authenticity and relevance.

With the Simulation AI, achieve a healthcare-themed simulation swiftly, complete with Spanish-themed names to meet the demo objectives effectively.
