This guide walks you through configuring reminders, setting notification intervals, and selecting how notifications are delivered.
To begin:


This feature sends timely reminders encouraging customers to redeem unused coupons.
Click Configure, then toggle the status ON to activate it.
Start with Reminder Settings. Specify how many days after the coupon is created the reminder should be sent. Example: Set to 10 days.
💡 Tip: Choose your timing based on average customer purchase intervals.

Specify the number of days between follow-up reminders.

Now head to Notification Settings. This is where you choose how reminders are delivered to customers.

A preconfigured default template is already available for sending unused coupon reminders.

Click Create to finalize your notification settings. Return to the reminder settings page to ensure the Unused Coupon Reminder is enabled and fully configured.
