This document provides a detailed step-by-step process to modify shipping information and business policies on your eBay account. Follow these steps to ensure that your shipping information and policies are updated accurately and are reflected in your live listings.
If you are looking to change shipping information, begin by accessing the business policies section of your eBay account.

Navigate to the business policies section. Here, you will find a dropdown menu.

Ensure that the dropdown menu displays the options relevant to your requirements.

To modify a policy, remember that the policy itself originates from eBay. Click on the modify button.

This action will redirect you to your eBay account's business policies page. Here, you will find all your policies related to shipping and returns.

You can change details related to payment, return, or shipping policies here. However, note that this section does not allow direct editing of the policy content.

Buyers will only see the finalized policy, including shipping methods like UPS or FedEx. To alter listing information, follow the next steps.

The listing information appears based on the selected shipping policy. Direct modifications to this are not possible through the policy settings.

To adjust template details, go to your eLink account and navigate to settings in the upper right corner.

From the settings menu, select templates.

Choose the relevant template, such as Hollander Standard, and click edit to access the shipping information.

Modify the shipping information as needed, save your changes, and ensure you update your listed items, similar to updating photos.

To apply these template changes to your live listings, you need to push them through the system.

Execute a revision to ensure the changes are successfully updated.

Select all items and click revise to push the changes through to eBay. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.
