This document provides a detailed process for collecting and monitoring data using our platform. It encompasses both structured and unstructured data collection methods, data extraction through AI models, integration with various tools, and visualization options. The process is designed to ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling financial and operational data.
Welcome. I am pleased to demonstrate the data collection and monitoring module on our platform.

In this session, I will guide you through the different methods of collecting data, utilizing the data on our platform, and performing custom calculations and analytics. We have two primary data collection methods: structured and unstructured, as shown on the screen.

The structured method involves template-based data collection. A template is sent to the portfolio company, which they fill out, and the data is automatically uploaded to the platform. The unstructured method captures data from documents such as PDFs, PowerPoints, emails, attachments, charts, etc.

These documents can either be manually uploaded or sent to the platform via an email address like XYZ@73things.com. This process ensures that the data is directed to the specific company's section on the platform, where it can be reviewed and approved.

Data extraction is powered by AI machine learning models. These models, trained on tens of thousands of documents, extract data accurately from financial reports, operational reports, and compliance certificates with a 98.6% accuracy rate, ensuring high precision.

We also offer an Excel plugin that facilitates direct data import from Excel to the platform. Once the data is stored, it can be viewed in various formats such as tables on the platform, Excel using our add-in, Power BI dashboards on the platform, or integrated into the valuation module.

Additionally, our platform can integrate with your data warehouse, allowing each data point to be shared back for feeding into other systems or performing custom analytics. Here’s an example document received from a portfolio company on the left-hand side of the screen.

On the right-hand side, you can see the data extracted from the table. The screen allows you to view all data, and clicking on any number highlights its location in the original document using a red rectangle, pinpointing the exact position.
