In this document, we will guide you through the process of registering a harvest sample in the Cultiva system. The steps are designed to be straightforward, allowing you to efficiently input and manage your harvest sample data.
Begin by accessing the dashboard. From there, navigate to the Harvest Sample Index. You can do this by clicking the Evaluation Data card or by using the sidebar to select the Harvest Sample Index.

On the Harvest Sample Index page, locate the top section and click on "Add Sample" to open the form. Alternatively, for a quicker option, click the button located in the bottom right corner to open the form. To set the harvested date, utilize the calendar feature within the form.

If you need to input information into Cultiva with respect to the harvest sample, you can set the destroy date, although it is typically set for a later time. Be sure to include the label and sample size for the harvest sample.

Add a description if necessary. You can also connect a plant sample by searching for it if it already exists in the system. Additionally, you have the option to extract a harvest sample from a plant sample directly from the plant sample page.

Select the sun cultivar and rootstock cultivar, then connect the sample to a site. Once you have created a harvest sample, navigate to the detail section where you will find comprehensive information about the harvest sample. Here, you can set up evaluations, schedule them, and perform other related activities.

Thank you for following these instructions.
