This involves creating new stages, setting criteria, and using filters to organize account data effectively. By the end of this process, you will have a clear understanding of managing journey stages to optimize your account tracking.
Begin by examining the Journey Stage feature. Here, you can view a comprehensive list of all available stages.

You have the option to customize the journey stages by adding more. Journey Stages provide insights based on your target accounts, including deposits. To further customize, navigate to Settings and access the Journey Stage model.

Create a new stage by setting its name and description. Determine its placement relative to existing stages.

Assess the sequence of stages and add new stages as needed.

Define filter rules and criteria such as website activity, G2, Recorded Buy Activity, Sales Activity, and Deals.

Website activity filters can be applied based on account visits, frequency, and high-intent URLs.

For G2 users with a subscription, connect to Recorder to filter data.

Establish conditions for visits to specific G2 pages, like profile or pricing pages.

Set conditions for account activity on pricing pages, such as frequency of visits over a specified period.

Proceed to configure Recorded Buy Activity.

When running campaigns, ensure accounts have significant interactions like clicks and impressions.

Incorporate sales activity as a filter criterion.

Connect your CRM, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, to synchronize sales activity.

Apply filters for calls and emails to refine your data.

Use filters based on call durations and frequencies.

Filter by the number of emails sent to accounts.

Lastly, configure the deals filter.

Proceed to deal configuration.

Upon CRM connection, configure the HubSpot deal stage.

Continue with the setup.

Use deal stages to set rule criteria for accounts.

After validating configurations, you will see how many accounts match the criteria.

Review matching accounts in the dashboard.

When creating a rule such as 'Aware,' view the matching accounts, for example, 125 accounts.

Observe the accounts and apply further filters as needed.

Use ICP filters to efficiently manage all accounts.
