SenseHR is a comprehensive platform designed to streamline HR tasks efficiently. This overview provides a brief walkthrough of the core functionalities you can access from the dashboard, making HR management more intuitive and hassle-free.
Welcome to the SenseHR system. On the landing page, you'll find several widgets, including the 'My To-Dos' area.

These widgets feature dynamic tasks. For example, you can click into a Holiday Request to view the dates and duration of the holiday, with the options to approve or decline the request directly from the dashboard.

When you approve a request, it automatically marks the task as complete. You can then proceed to another task. The Holiday Booking widget displays your total and remaining holiday balance for the year, allowing you to book holidays directly from the dashboard.

The Attendance widget enables clocking in and out from the dashboard, while the Teams widget shows your team members and their daily status. This feature is useful for keeping track of team members who are on holiday or sick.

You can also view documents and upcoming events. The Insights page provides company-specific analytics, such as staff turnover and outstanding holiday percentages, with visual charts displaying various statistics like the average length of service, age, and gender breakdowns.

The system is powered by the profiles of employees. Clicking into an employee record takes you to their overview page, where you can see their daily status, absence summary, job and contact information, and any applicable to-dos.

The Documents tab provides access to personal documents for each employee, with the option to view company documents as well. You can upload documents directly from a computer, use system templates, or upload external links to resources like benefit portals.

The planner displays events for the entire month for each employee, alongside absence statistics such as summaries and heatmaps. This helps in identifying trends related to sickness, including the Bradford Factor.

If the Bradford Factor is not utilized, you can configure your own absence scheme within the settings area or deactivate the widget entirely. To view company-wide events, access the company calendar.

You can filter events based on various criteria, such as viewing events for specific departments or individuals.
