The zero queue serves as the central inbox for all incoming invoices. Users simply email invoices to a dedicated inbox, and the AI agent begins processing as soon as they arrive.

The AI agent reads each invoice, extracts relevant information, and automatically routes it into the correct workflow. Invoices requiring further scrutiny are directed to the manual folder, showcasing the system's strength.

The engine is designed to be cautious, refraining from inaccurately populating fields. It seeks human validation when necessary, ensuring precision.

This approach guarantees high accuracy and trust in the data entering your solution. Additional folders help administrators efficiently manage issues like incorrect types or duplicates.
