This process outlines the steps to create a job and manage short listing criteria using the newly improved module. These steps will guide you through uploading job descriptions, setting criteria, and managing candidate evaluations efficiently.
Significant enhancements have been made to the short listing module, making it faster, cleaner, and easier to navigate. We have resolved previous navigation issues, providing a more predictable user experience. To create a new job, simply upload a job description to set the criteria.

Each time you add a job description, the system automatically generates short listing criteria by default.

Now, you will receive a prompt screen for AI rounds where you can set the criteria directly. The rest of the process operates as it did previously.

You have the option to enable auto-scheduling for AI jobs. However, this feature has been removed for human rounds.

Verify the short listing criteria and proceed by clicking on the 'Proceed' button.

You also have the option to upload a candidate and view the short listing results for that specific candidate.

On the short listing results page, you can view the criteria to understand why a candidate was either short listed or not.

Mark the candidate as short listed from the options provided.

In addition to marking a candidate as short listed, you can now also mark them as not short listed.

This functionality is part of the job creation flow.

For the human round job creation flow, the primary change is the removal of the auto-schedule feature for short listing.

Set the criteria here without the option for auto-scheduling.

A new filter has been introduced to allow quick filtering of jobs with short listing criteria.

Navigate to the short listing page or dashboard, and from here, select a particular job.

Select a specific job to edit the criteria and upload new details.

Breadcrumb issues have been fixed, enhancing navigation within the module.
