Creating and Sharing a Video Page

This document provides a comprehensive guide on how to create a shared page and share an existing video with anyone, even if they do not have Truepeer access. This ensures easy sharing of content while maintaining control over privacy and engagement features.

Step 1

Begin by opening the video you wish to share. You can create a shared page and share the video with others regardless of their Truepeer access status.

Step 2

Once you have exported the video, click on the "Share" button.

Step 3

In the new window, click on the "Share" option.

Step 4

A prompt will appear, requesting a name for the shared page.

Step 5

Enter your desired name for the shared page. You can also choose whether to include the video, the document, or both. Additionally, decide if you want to allow comments and reactions.

Step 6

Comments and reactions are possible only if the recipient signs up for Truepeer. However, they can still view the video without signing up.

Step 7

Create the page by clicking the "Create" button.

Step 8

Once the page is created, you can copy the link and share it with anyone, allowing access even if they are not on Truepeer.

Step 9

For example, accessing the page in incognito mode without signing up on Truepeer will still allow viewing of the content.
