
This document provides a comprehensive overview of using the ERP system to manage various employee-related tasks such as viewing leave guidelines, applying for leaves, and checking employee information. Follow the steps below to understand how to navigate and utilize the ERP system effectively.
Begin by accessing the ERP system. Click on the "Home" tab to view the main dashboard where you can see the CLs displayed prominently at the top.

Here, you can find detailed employee leave guidelines, including information on medical and earned leaves, as well as the leave calendar for 2025.

You will also see definitions for CL, EL, compensatory off, and marriage leaves. Information on leave cancellations and handling late comings is also available. .

By clicking on the "HR" section, you can proceed to apply for employee leaves. Select the employee's name, specify the start and end dates, and choose options such as full day or half day leave.

Decide whether to notify the concerned parties. Check or uncheck the notification box accordingly, then save and close the application to complete the process.

The leave information will be displayed in the system table. You can also download an Excel file to verify the details and maintain a personal record.

In the "Employee List," you can access additional details such as employee birthdays. The system will indicate if there are no birthdays today.

The system also highlights employee work anniversaries.

For instance, today is Richard Bhadoria's work anniversary, as shown in the system.

The system allows easy access to work anniversaries and employee birthdays.

Within the "Employee List," you can view details such as the employee's domain ID within our organization, Nano Systems Consulting Services, their designation, date of birth, date of joining, and other relevant information.

You also have the option to view employee timesheets.

For example, Manoj Karole's timesheet details the description, upcoming tasks, date, time, project name, activity name, and working hours. You can download this information as an Excel file if needed.
