Step 1

Begin by accessing the admin page of Smart HOA Helper. Navigate to 'Manage Documents' to initiate the process of importing bylaws.

Step 2

Proceed with processing the documents. Once completed, consult the assistant for further instructions.

Step 3

Query the assistant by asking, "Can I rent out my unit?"

Step 4

The assistant will inform you, "You must live there for two years." You can view the specific document and section where this information is sourced. Return to the main menu to import additional documents, such as financial documents.

Step 5

Import two spreadsheets containing budget information.

Step 6

Consult the assistant again by asking, "What were the 2023 revenues and costs?"

Step 7

The assistant provides a detailed breakdown of totals by category and costs, along with a document link. Proceed to import more documents, focusing on events this time.

Step 8

Import two event files for comprehensive event management.

Step 9

Each file contains multiple events. Simultaneously, import marketplace items by selecting five files, as multiple files can be imported at once.

Additionally, import forms that allow space reservation in the manor house and guest rooms.

Return to the assistant or use the search bar to inquire, "Any sofas for sale?"
