
This document provides a comprehensive overview of the process to integrate Omni Channel with ActionX. Follow these steps to seamlessly connect various platforms such as Facebook, Zalo, Instagram, and WhatsApp to your ActionX account.
Begin by accessing the ActionX management interface. Locate your specific Action and select 'Manage' to proceed.

Within the Action management interface, select 'Combine'. This is the section where you can connect to Omni Channel.

At this point, no channels are connected. To establish a connection, click on 'Connect'. You will see a list of platforms available for connection, which includes Facebook, Zalo, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

For this example, we will connect to a Facebook page. Select Facebook as the platform to connect. The interface for Facebook connection will appear. Choose the page you wish to connect to and click 'Continue'.

Next, select the business page that owns the Facebook page and click 'Continue'. You will then see all permissions granted to ActionX. Click 'Continue' and 'Save' to proceed.

After completing these steps, click 'Understood' to acknowledge the information provided.

You will see a confirmation of successful connection, indicating that the integration with the selected platform is now complete.
