This document provides a comprehensive walkthrough of the various sections within the Salesforce environment that pertain to Zuora CPQ. Mastering these navigation skills will allow you to efficiently locate information, access coding tools, and streamline your workflow.
Begin by familiarizing yourself with the user's workspace and tabs within Code Studio. This will allow you to locate information and access the tools required for efficient operation.

Proceed by opening Code Studio from the Salesforce app launcher. Click on the app launcher icon, represented by nine matrix dots, and use the search bar to locate Zoho Codes.

Select Zoho Codes to access the Zoho Codes workspace. Here, you will find essential tools for code creation and management, including the Accounts, Opportunities, Quotes, and Zoho Config tabs.

Navigate to the Accounts tab to view a list of all customer accounts in Salesforce. By default, the recently viewed list is displayed. Click the drop-down menu to switch and view all accounts.

Selecting an account will display its details, including related contacts, opportunities, and billing accounts. Further selection of a billing account allows you to see additional information under the Related tab, such as existing subscriptions, invoices, payments, subscription history, and other data synchronized from Zuora Billing.

Within the Opportunities tab, you will find a list of all potential deals and pipeline items. Most quotes originate from this section.

Select an opportunity to view its details and any quotes linked to it. Following this, proceed to the Quotes tab.

The Quotes tab displays all quotes created within Salesforce. Here, you can open an existing quote to view its details.

Upon opening a quote record, details of the quote are displayed. This interface includes the Details tab, configured with Code Studio.

The Code Studio interface ensures that details are displayed accordingly. Note that your interface might differ, and certain tabs may not appear by default.

Navigate to the Related tab to uncover additional details of the quote, such as quote rate plans, quote order line items, invoice item summaries, and more.

To take action on a quote, use the list of buttons located at the top right. Clicking on the drop-down arrow will reveal more button options.

These buttons enable activities such as editing a quote or generating quote documents using S-DOC. The "Edit Quote New" button within Code Studio facilitates quote editing.

Next, explore the administrative view. This section covers tools and information primarily utilized by CPQ administrators or advanced users for configuration and troubleshooting. Sales representatives should familiarize themselves with these locations for reference when assisting administrators.

In the Zoho Config tab, CPQ administrators can configure quote-related settings. Familiarity with these settings is presumed from prior courses. The next setting relates to your profile icon.

The profile icon, located at the top right of the screen, grants access to user details. From here, users can switch between Salesforce Classic and Salesforce Lightning Experience. The profile area also provides access to Salesforce settings related to user profiles.

By clicking on the profile icon, users can change passwords, grant account access to support, or reset security tokens. Additional advanced configurations can be accessed under Setup by clicking the gear icon at the top right of the screen.

Click the gear icon to access Setup, where you will find the Home and Object Manager tabs.

Within Setup Home, users can manage administrative settings, access platform tools, and other configurations. By clicking on Company Settings and selecting Company Information, users can view organizational details.

This section provides organizational information, while further exploration is encouraged under the Object Manager to learn more about objects and fields.

Access the Object Manager by clicking the Object Manager tab, available within the setup workspace. Here, users will find a list of all standard and custom Salesforce objects.

It's important to recognize that objects related to Zuora CPQ, such as quote, rate plan, product, and subscription, bear a ZQU prefix. Administrators utilize this area to view field definitions, configure page layouts, and establish object relationships.

The top of the Salesforce interface features several useful icons, including a search bar for setup inquiries, as well as notification, help, and app launcher icons. This concludes the demonstration.
