Process for Fixing Data Variance in Staging Layer

This document outlines the steps for identifying and fixing data discrepancies in the staging layer ADSO and the bridge layer. Follow the instructions carefully to ensure data integrity and accuracy in the system.

Step 1

Navigate to the staging layer ADSO and the bridge layer. This is the section where the main operations will be performed.

Step 2

If any discrepancies are observed in column F, they need to be addressed accordingly.

Step 3

Resolve the discrepancies in the stage layer by right-clicking.

Step 4

Select "Manage Data Store Object Advanced" from the menu. This action will open a new window in the backend for further processing.

Step 5

Log in using the stage prediction credentials.

Step 6

To address any variance in column F, first perform selective deletion of the data. Ensure that the data cannot be deleted, only selected for deletion.

Step 7

Proceed with the selective deletion process by choosing the relevant company and account for this operation.

Step 8

Identify the company by selecting the appropriate company code, such as 2001, if there is a variance.

Step 9

Specify the account. For illustration purposes, choose the relevant account.

Step 10

Navigate to the account section, search for the account number, and select it.

Step 11

Specify the time period relevant to the report, such as October 31st, 2025, for which the data was processed.

Step 12

If any variance is detected for October data, ensure to set the fiscal year as 2026.
