
This document provides a clear, step-by-step process for amending timesheets. Follow the instructions carefully to ensure your timesheet is updated accurately and efficiently.
Log in to the system with your employee credentials.

Upon logging in, click the "Enter My Time" tile to open the timesheet entry form. In the grid, verify that there is a timesheet that has been both processed and approved.

Navigate directly to the timesheet you wish to amend. If the "Amend Timecard" button is not visible in the top toolbar, this indicates that amendments are not currently allowed for this timecard period. Contact your manager to open the period for amendments if necessary.

Once the period is open for amendments, the "Amend Timecard" button will be available. Before proceeding, note that the system tracks all versions of your timesheet. Minimize the navigation pane before you start amending.

Click the "Amend Timecard" button to enable edits on the timesheet. Adjust the timesheet as if it were originally submitted correctly, without adding negative entries.

The system automatically calculates all changes. Once saved, the version number will increment. If necessary, you can undo the "Amend Timecard" action, reverting it to the previous version.

When ready to submit, review the summary to confirm correctness, and then click "Submit." You will be prompted to certify your submission. Once you agree, it will be sent to your manager for approval.

In the "Approval Details" tab, you will see the original timesheet's approval and the pending status for the amendment. Additionally, the time entry grid will reflect the amended status of the timesheet.
