QC Analysis Process

This document outlines the process for navigating and utilizing the QC analysis page. It provides step-by-step instructions on how to search for jobs, review checklist items, filter by status, and provide feedback on findings. The process also includes downloading relevant data and extracting important financial ratios.

Step 1

Begin by accessing the page that contains all the jobs related to QC analysis.

Step 2

You can search through this page using the name and date range. Other filters might not be as relevant. For a specific QC job, you can view all the checklist items associated with it.

Step 3

The checklist items are categorized for better organization. Click on a category to view its checklist items. Each checklist item's status specifies the model's assessment of its applicability.

Step 4

Examine the findings and the rationale provided by the model. You can access the original document by clicking on the designated button, compare it with your findings, and provide feedback. Use the feedback button to add your comments and any attachments if needed.

Step 5

You can filter checklist items by their status to view specific statuses. For instance, selecting 'yes' will display only those items marked as 'yes.' Additionally, documents are classified based on the loan file.

Step 6

Click on 'income calculation' to view all related income calculation values. You can download an Excel sheet by clicking the respective button. To provide feedback on the income calculation, use the designated option.

Step 7

In addition to income calculations, the system extracts other key metrics from the loan file, such as the debt-to-income ratio and housing ratio.
