This document provides a detailed process for automating the creation of AI-driven tasks using pre-filled information. The steps will guide you through utilizing AI technology to efficiently populate necessary fields, reducing manual effort and enhancing productivity.

Begin the process of AI-driven drive creation.

Step 2

Our product includes a manual creation option, which requires you to manually pre-fill details. In contrast, the AI-powered drive creation feature automatically populates details from emails sent from the college to placement offices.

Step 3

This is the interface where you can paste the email received from the company that was forwarded to the college.

Step 4

You have two options: "I'll wait until it's processed" and "Run in background." Choosing "I'll wait until it's processed" requires you to wait until the fields are populated. If you select "Run in background," the process will occur in the background, allowing you to perform other tasks simultaneously.

Step 5

Upon completion, you will receive a notification. First, let's explore the "I'll wait until it's processed" option. Observe as the fields begin to populate.

Step 6

Here, you can see which fields are suggested by the AI, and observe as all fields are pre-populated efficiently.

Step 7

Once satisfied, click "Save and proceed" to continue.

Step 8

The eligibility criteria pages are also automatically populated with the available details. However, since the email lacks percentage information, you will need to input this manually to publish the drive.

Step 9

Finally, you can publish the AI-driven task, completing the creation process.
