
This document provides a quick overview of the main areas of the Trupeer workspace, including how to access your recordings, library, shared pages, brand kit, knowledge base, and organization settings.
On the Trupeer home page, you can see two primary options: you can record yourself directly or upload an existing video. Below these options, you will also see the list of videos you have already created.

From the home page, navigate to the Library section.

Here, you can view all your folders, which help you organize your content.

You can also see all the videos you have created within these folders.

Next, go to the Shared Pages section.

Here, you can view all the shared pages you have created, along with their associated analytics and user interface details.
Open the Brand Kit section to manage your branding.

In the Brand Kit, you can add and manage your voices,

backgrounds, pronunciation settings,

and documentation.

You can also configure custom documentation here to align Trupeer with your specific brand and content needs.

Navigate to the Knowledge Base section.

Here, you can add a new knowledge base, update an existing one, or create an entirely new knowledge base entry.

All knowledge bases you create or modify are managed from this area.

Finally, open the Organization section to manage your workspace-level settings.

Here, you can create an organization and add people (team members) to collaborate within Trupeer.
