This document provides a concise and comprehensive guide on how to successfully onboard and off-board employees within the organization. Following the steps outlined will ensure a smooth transition for both the new hires and those departing the company.
Begin by accessing the Operations section, where you will manage employee onboarding and off-boarding processes.

Navigate to the Employee Information section under Operations.

For onboarding, access the Add Employees section in Employee Information. Enter the employee ID, ensuring it follows the last used ID.

The system will display the last ID used, such as 1079, with the next being 1080. You may verify this with the HR master Excel sheet. Fill in the first name, last name, email ID, and then click Create.

After clicking Create, additional information will be required. Fill in the necessary details as prompted by the system to complete the onboarding process.

Select "Trigger Onboarding for the Employee" to proceed. The system will display options to edit user data or alerts.

Once onboarding is triggered, a notification will be sent to the employee's company email address, allowing them to log in and begin their introduction to the company.

To off-board an employee, return to the Operations section.

Click on Off-boarding and select Add Request to initiate the process.

When off-boarding an employee, select the individual, enter their termination details, and specify their last working day, such as the 19th.

Confirm the last working day as specified, for example, the 19th.

Provide a reason for termination, such as "term ended."

Indicate whether a replacement is required. Select "no" for now.

If undecided, select "Decide Later," but typically choose "no."

Submit the off-boarding request.

Upon submission, a workflow will be triggered, guiding you through the off-boarding process.

This completes the process for onboarding and off-boarding employees within the organization.
