Efficient Review Management Process

In this documentation, we will explore the process of managing customer reviews in bulk. This includes updating review visibility, marking reviews as verified, and highlighting featured reviews. By following these steps, you can efficiently manage reviews using various filters such as ratings, creation dates, product specifications, and more.

Step 1

To begin, navigate to the 'Customer Data' section and select 'Import and Bulk Update' to access the review management features.

Step 2

Here, you'll find options to perform bulk updates on review visibility, verified status, and featured status.

Step 3

Proceed to the 'Bulk Update' section to begin the process.

Step 4

To hide or display specific reviews based on various filters such as ratings, creation dates, or products, utilize this feature. For instance, to highlight reviews with a rating greater than three, you can apply the appropriate filters.

Step 5

Set the visibility to 'On' and specify that the review rating should be greater than three to mark those reviews for highlighting.

Step 6

You can also choose particular products for which you want to apply these settings.

Step 7

To manage reviews based on their creation date, select the desired dates. Additionally, you can filter reviews by product slug or choose to only display reviews that include images.

Step 8

After setting your filters, click on 'Bulk Update' to apply the changes and make the selected reviews visible.

Step 9

Once the updates are complete, you will receive a notification email. Alternatively, you can refresh the status manually. Similarly, you can manage reviews to mark them as verified in bulk.

Step 10

To mark reviews as verified, select 'Bulk Update', toggle the 'Verified' option, and apply filters based on rating, product, date of creation, product slug, or image inclusion.

Step 11

These reviews will then appear as verified. In the same manner, you can manage featured reviews by enabling the toggle and applying the necessary filters based on ratings, products, creation dates, slugs, or images.

Step 12

These selected reviews will then be showcased as featured reviews. This concludes the process of managing reviews in bulk. Thank you.
